"safer food, better business"
HACCP
Did you know that your local council is operating a zero tolerance on you having undertaken a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) risk assessment in your food storage, preparation and serving procedures? This is required to be a written procedure detailing all areas of risk in your food handling, preparation or storage of food.

As stated by the food standards agency:

"The new EU food hygiene legislation will apply on 1st January 2006. This legislation will make it a legal requirement for ALL food businesses (except primary producers) implement & maintain a permanent procedure or procedures based on HACCP principles."
