We have been working with Pat now for about 2 years and I have personally found her to be professional, responsive, reliable, transparent and great at communicating.
Pat has supported us to develop and run our modular 7-day Leadership and Management Workshops. The training is aimed at our existing and aspiring managers and when evaluated they said they had found the training positive, that Pat was engaging, and she had taken the time to make the training personal and relevant, helping individuals to develop their management skills.
Some of our managers have also attend the Skills for Care, Lead to Succeed and the Well-lead Programmes and again very similar feedback was given.
We are so pleased with Pats support and her work that we are continuing to engage her in the development and delivery of our leadership and management learning & development programmes.
