Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of Business shall form part of the contract between the Organisation or learner/participant named,” the Client” and Eqwip Training named “the Company” throughout this document. This contract is for the supply of professional services of consultancy and training as agreed by email or letter.

 

Fees
Fees will be charged on the basis agreed by email or letter, with a minimum payment of 50% due before training starts.
Clients may request an account facility. Invoices will become due for payment within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Any queries concerning an invoice should be raised with the Company within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Wherever possible, payment should be made by BACS
transfer. In the event of invoices not being settled in full in accordance with these terms, the Company reserves the statutory right to charge interest under the Late Payments of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 and guidance published by The Better Payment Practice Groups. The statutory
interest is calculated at 8% plus Bank of England base rate under the Act.

 

Attendance
The Client is responsible for supporting and organising the attendance of leaners/participants on training events booked. If a learner cannot attend part of a training programme and has notified the Company in advance with an acceptable reason, the Company will offer a tutorial or access to
the same training on another course wherever possible. Charges will apply of £50 for a half day training event missed and £100 for a full day training event missed.

 

Data Protection
The Company takes its responsibilities with regard the management of personal data very seriously. Minimum data will be collected for the sole purpose of enrolling learners/participants on their requested programmes/course and used to contact them with regards course details and
information. Any personal details will be kept for the duration of the course only. Personal data of name, employer and job role may be shared with Skills for Care in order to gain access to Skills for Care training funds.

 

Intellectual Property
All training materials including PowerPoint slides and exercises may not be reproduced, rebranded or otherwise distributed in any format without permission by the Company Cancellations
Cancellation fees will apply: –
– Within 4-weeks of course date – No fee
– Within 3 weeks of course date – 50% of course fee
– Within 2 weeks of course date 75% of course fee
– Within 1 week of course date – 100% of course fee

Eqwip training and Consultancy holds a current certificate of Professional Indemnity Insurance
